Fiesta Chicken & Rice Bake

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 can (10¾ ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)

  • 1 cup Pace® Chunky Salsa OR Pace® Picante Sauce 

  • ½ cup water 

  • 1 cup whole kernel corn 

  • ¾ cup uncooked regular long-grain white rice 

  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts halves

  • Paprika 

  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese


 

Directions:

 

  1. Mix the soup, salsa, water, corn and rice in a 2-quart shallow baking dish. Top with the chicken and sprinkle with the paprika. Cover.

  2. Bake at 375°F. for 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with the cheese.

Aunt Fannie's Dinner



I don't know who aunt Fannie is but she has an awesome goulash here. Jaime found this recipe on allrecipes.com

Ingredients

  • ½ cup uncooked elbow macaroni

  • 1 pound ground beef

  • ½ onion, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce

  • 1 cup stewed, diced tomatoes

  • 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained


Directions



  1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.

  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, saute the ground beef for 5 minutes. Add the onion and saute for 5 to 10 more minutes. Season with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste. Add the tomato sauce, stewed OR diced tomatoes, corn and cooked macaroni. Stir well and allow to heat through, about 5 to 7 minutes.
