Ingredients
- 1tbsp butter
- 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
- ½ onion, diced
- 1lb ground beef or sausage
- 2 cans diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can tomato paste
- 16oz cooked elbow macaroni
Directions
- In large sauce pan, sauté onion and pepper in butter.
- Add beef, brown and drain.
- Add diced tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste. Heat through.
- Stir in cooked elbows and serve.
