Pot Roast

Ingredients

  • 2lbs stew meat

  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • 2 medium russet potatoes pealed and cubed

  • 1 pound carrots, pealed and chopped

  • ½ onion diced


Directions

  1. In large Crockpot  heat all ingredients on low for 6 hours or until meat falls apart and veggies are soft
